In the unlikely event that any of our products fail within one-year of your purchase date, we will replace them free of charge. Normally, based on our return policy, we do not pay for return shipping costs. However, for the purpose of this warranty we will pay for the return shipping costs
We guarantee that our Dimmable CFLs will work with your existing household dimmer switch with the following disclaimer:
1) Do not mix different brands of Dimmable CFL's on the same circuit.
2) Do not mix incandescent bulbs and Dimmable CFL's on the same circuit.
3) Do not use more than 6 dimmable CFLs on one 600-Watt rated dimmable circuit (rule of thumb is no more than 1 CFL per 100-Watt rating).
Normally, based on our return policy, we do not pay for return shipping costs. However, for the purpose of this guarantee, if you purchase a Dimmable CFL from us and it does not work with your dimmer and you are in compliance with the above disclaimer, we will pay for the return shipping costs. All that we ask is that when you make the return request that you tell us the brand and model of dimmable switch that you are using which does not work with our dimmable CFLs.

We guarantee that any of our X-Bulbs will fit in your existing lighting fixture. Normally, based on our return policy, we do not pay for return shipping costs. However, for the purpose of this guarantee, we will pay for the return shipping cost of up to 12 X-Bulbs.

We guarantee that any of our Mini Swirl Lamps will fit in your existing lighting fixture. Normally, based on our return policy, we do not pay for return shipping costs. However, for the purpose of this guarantee, we will pay for the return shipping cost of up to 12 Mini Swirl light bulbs.

With the exception of our Replacement Warranty, all offers of free return shipping based on the above guarantees expires 30 days after the date of your purchase.
Unfortunately, volume orders are not eligible for any of our free return shipping guarantees. Since we already offer steep discounts and free shipping when you place a volume order, we cannot offer our free return shipping guarantee for volume orders.
