Our Return Policy:
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to us within 60 days* for a complete refund. No questions asked.
Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. You must contact us before returning anything so that we can issue a return authorization. This is done so that we can expect your return shipment, provide return instructions and give you proper credit for the returned items. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email if available. Items retuned without a return authorization may not be accepted for refund.
While most of our orders are shipped for free, if your order incurred shipping costs these shipping costs are non-refundable.
We apologize, but we cannot pay for the return shipping costs except for the following circumstances:
1) If you have received defective or broken merchandise, and we require return of the merchandise for replacement, we will pay for return shipping within 60 days of your original purchase.
2) If you have purchased our Mini Swirls or X-Bulbs, which we guarantee will fit in your fixture and the bulb does not fit, we will pay for return shipping costs within 60 days of your original purchase.
3) If your merchandise fails within 1 year of your purchase, and we require return of the merchandise for replacement, we will pay for return shipping costs.
*The 60 day return period begins on the day we ship your order. At our discretion, under some circumstances, we may issue a refund up to 90 days after we ship your order. In no case can we refund your purchase price after 90 days from shipment of your order. Under some circumstances, at our discretion, we may issue store credit for returns made after the 60 day return period expires.
Orders which are not returned in their original packaging will not qualify for a full refund. At our discretion we will deny refund or charge up to a 25% restocking fee for returns that are made without original packaging.
Orders which are returned without a Return Authorization may not qualify for a refund. At our discretion we will deny refund or charge up to a 10% restocking fee for returns that are made without Return Authorization.
Volume orders which receive volume discounting, special quote orders, or Net 30 orders, are subject to an additional minimum 10% restocking fee above the restocking fees described above.
