Spawning a pop ad is very easy. Without getting too technical, any novice web site designer can write one line of Java Script code which will generate a pop up window. The simplest function call looks like this:
window.open();
This would open a blank pop up window. You can find tons of free pop up code on various sites. Just copy and paste it into your site's code, and your done. You too can start generating your own annoying pop ups and pop unders. We have put together an example for you. Keep in mind that we are doing this in order to help you understand pop ads. Once we can understand them, we can eliminate them from our Internet experience. When you click on the link below, it will take you to a different page of our web site. We will call that page our "Pop Ad Test Page". As that page loads it is going to execute code which will open a new window and display a pop up ad.
