Pay By Check
 |
We understand that many customers do not feel
comfortable using their credit card on-line. Therefore, we provide
a mechanism for our customers to pay by check or money order.
Simply fill your shopping cart and check out using the Pay By Check
option. The only information we require at this time is your name
and shipping address. We do not require that you have an email
address for this payment option, although it is convenient. |

As you complete the Pay By Check process, you will be
given a final total for your order, and instructed how to mail your
payment to us. At the same time we are notified of your
order. We will respond via email with a confirmation of your
order. If you did not supply an email address your order
confirmation will be mailed to your shipping address via the US Postal
Service. |

When we receive and verify your check or money order we
will immediately send you confirmation (email or snail mail) and ship
your order to your shipping address. |

What does it mean to verify your check? We verify
your check by calling your bank. Before we call, we independently
verify that the bank exists and we use a verified phone number to call
your financial institution. We provide the information written on
your check to the bank. The bank will only tell us that your
account exists and is funded sufficiently to cover your check.
This is how we verify your check and get your shipment to you quickly. |

Returned Check Policy: While we work hard
to insure that a check is properly funded before depositing it, an
occasional check is returned due to non-sufficient funds. We
understand that this is usually just a mistake. Unfortunately, our
bank charges us a fee when this happens. Therefore, we must charge
a small fee to cover our handling of the returned check and the bank
fees. As long you make a payment to cover your check within 10
business days of your check being returned your fee will only be $15.00
for a returned check. However, checks that have not been honored
for more than 10 business days will be charged a $25.00 return
fee. All bad checks that have not been honored for more than 20
business days will be reported. |

Pay By Email
 |
This option provides more peace of mind for customers
who wish to insure that we have properly received their order before
making a payment. The check out process is very similar
to our Pay By Check option, except that our confirmation email will
contain a number of options for you to pay for your order. When we receive a
Pay By Email order, a Sales Representative will review your order.
We will verify that all proper rebates and discounts have been
applied. The Sales Representative will then personally send you
your Pay By Email confirmation. |

number of payment options for you to consider including telephone and
fax credit card payment options as well as our pay by check and PayPal
options. |
